there seems to be an issue regading this. i chose the philosophy the manager wanted but he is unhappy cos he doesnt agree with it depsite it being the exact same as his chosen style. it ultimately affects his morale and then the players throughtout the season. tranmere are top of the league and cruising but manage unhappy and performances started slipping. i previously went through a season unbeaten with the same team and only had to restart cos the game froze and wouldnt load. this seems to be the only difference i can see.
