Problem with restoring purchases

I want to get better job opportunities and i dont know how to increase my overall to attract the big clubs

I always hear about it but have never once seen a button/option to do so. Help please?

~ 5 loans in max as opposed to 3 ~ The ability to change team names for teams that always appear in continental cups but not leagues e.g. Steaua Bucharest and teams like that ~ More interaction with fans ~ More options to spend coins - I've now accumulated 150,000 and I've got nothing really to spend it on except limited financial income options ~ Instead of it being an automatic procedure for long term injuries, make specialists rehab a coin-purchase option, maybe 1,000 - 10,000 depending on the injury The game is really good but the above tweaks would finish it off nicely.
