    Raising Finances

    Why cannot I raise finances? I want to pay real money and buy coins so I can do Billionaire Investment but it has locked symbol on it. Also, my bank balance is a lot, but i am very short on wage budget hence cannot hire anyone. When I try to ask the board to raise it they don't even though we have profit. That is why I wanted to do Billionaire Investment but it isnt happening

    They are locked or the first week of the season only so advance a few days and it will be unlocked
