Does leaving the schedule in a training focus area for a long time have any benefit? Does changing the focus damage progress in the area? Does training stack up over time? Would improving Squad fitness in a week without a game on Tuesday help them make more progress in that practice? I say that because they rest up in periods without games, so unless higher fitness improves practice results it would be a waste to improve fitness when you dont have a game soon.

SLOW PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
SLOW PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
I just do not understand why My Players with Multiple Potential ratings in the 80s are Developing so slowly. My Head coach is Great. Ovr 90 going on 100 soon. I play my young players frequently, and will have the training focused in the area they have an 80 in for most of the last 2 seasons. My average age is 21. Yet, they make very slow progress within that skill. Im talking about the skill, not overall. Even the Guys I dont loan out only develop a few points in a skill a year. The ones I loan out play almost everygame, sometimes they even lead their league in goals. They do develop a few points, but Im not sure if that is helping them develop faster than training with a 100 ovr Head Coach.
The training focus is not for individual players, its a team focus so doesnt effect the amount the player grows
How do you get your head coach or manager beyond 95
Ya really cant. I had mine at 90 and it Tells ya it adds 10 points so I thought it was going to 100 but it never did.
