I would like to understand more on the impacts of training the various staff position in a team.
For example, I have already trained my academy manager, head scout and my head coach.
Academy manager gave the most impact, the chances of getting better youth players are higher, with some 75+ players while still having some 50+ players (academy manager at 92 rating)
Head Scout is still as useless as before(94 rating), the scout results using normal search only gave me players around 80 rating.
Head Coach is at 94 rating. Players were praising the sessions of the Head Coach. I am not too sure about the impact of it though.
I would like to know how training the staff actually helps the team in progressing.
(Just FYI, my reputation is alr at 100, 50 tactical. 94 club rep.)
Academy managers do indeed have an effect on the youth players the club produces along side the level of the academy. Scout ratings matter in terms of the sorts of players the scout can spot and the range he can spot and now with the new update the quantity of players he will find for you. The coach effects matchday effectiveness and player growth so the impact can be quite significant.
why can the scout look for youth players like U18 (17 year olds) i love bringing in u18 to help the youth in our team
The results from the head scout were rlly disappointing tbh, they provide very poor potential players with regards to my squad rating as well as the head scout's rating. Edit: i just used quick search and it yielded me 41 rated players..
impacting player growth as in helps to reach potential quicker or exceed potential?
How'd you get 100 rep, for me it seems impossible to get 100 rep. I haven't drawn or lost any game in 4 years, my record with the club is 211 - 0 - 0
Well, im alr in 2120 so thats why my rep is so high, i play alot on this game
