I heard complaining that you cant succeed without coaching badges. This is not true, I have done it, and others have too. I just finished my 4th or 5th season. In 273 games I have won 183 and Lost 36. I have been promoted 3 times, starting in League 2 and I just won the Premier League.
I have won 2 League Cups and an FA Cup. Ive won 4 League Titles. I can sign players with overalls up to 84. My Financial Health is great. I have an overall of 70 and it is climbing still.

Update: Without Buying Any Badges I landed the Job in Barcelona. I can Get on any team I want as well. Although I quickly decided I wanted to go back home to Forrest Green. I Couldn't bring my staff with me to Barcelona. They didnt want to leave, and Id have tons of building up to do if I were to ever get them.
Can you tell the tactic and mentality that you used for club soccer ? I find this game hard and i cant win with every formation ? Pls give me a answer
