If player A is 17 and rated 65, and player B is 17 and rated 66.... is there a chance that player A would ever be better than player B in future? Or does rating rule supreme?

All players have different growth potential so A could be way better than B. Players also fall into categories of early and late developers, so you could have player A rated 50 and player B rated 65 and A grows to 75 and B to 70.

How Can we Tell if a player is a Late Developer or an Early Developer? It would be great if it told us that in scouting reports.

Most Importantly, Do the Players out on loans to teams with an overall around 60 train at the same pace as they would with my overall 90 Head Coach?
